4. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintain and prepare US GAAP-based accounting within Oracle including General Ledger as well as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Ledger.
2. Prepare social charge and other government related returns accurately and submit payments prior to deadlines
3. Prepare specific elements of the monthly financial reporting in accordance with US generally accepted accounting standards (GAAP) for timely submission to US Parent Company
4. Manage VAT invoices
5. Review expense reports
6. Maintain statutorily required documentation
7. Aid in the preparation of annual tax filings
8. Aid in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements

5. Requirements

1. University Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. AICPA
3. Public accounting firm for a minimum of three years and/or public company accounting for a minimum two years
4. Various areas of experience - such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets
5. Fluent in both speaking and writing English

Preferred Qualifications

1. Oracle experience a plus
2. Concur experience a plus
